How you treat obably brush your teeth each morning. You take time to put on clean clothing. You probably brush your teeth each morning, comb your hair, and wash your face.

We live in a world where people expect instant results, a healthy mind, and excellent life quality. We have to invest before we see results…

Many people understand but don’t exert effort in different areas of their lives. Let’s go through three examples.

  1. Brush your teeth paradigm — Teeth will ache, and you get tooth decay, when you don’t brush well. Our hygiene appearance is often apparent, so we don’t neglect it. When you don’t wash… your face will become dirty over time. :-) When you wear the same clothes, it gets worn out.

But when it comes down to our goals, well-being, and the bigger picture, that’s a different story…

We know that for us to feel great, we got to eat well, sleep well, manage stress, take care of our well-being, have hobbies, take care of our finances, build our character…
